Sales Operations
Less admin. More conversations. A CRM your reps don't hate.
We rebuild the day-to-day reality of your sales team, CRM hygiene, stage definitions, territory and quota, comp plans, and enablement, so reps spend their time talking to humans and your leaders get a forecast they can defend. We can also build a custom CRM when HubSpot or Salesforce cannot support the way your sales motion works.
You're probably here because…
- Reps update the CRM right before the forecast call and never again.
- Stages mean different things to different people on different days.
- Quota and territory feel arbitrary, and so does the resulting comp.
- Enablement lives in a Drive folder nobody has opened in months.
- Onboarding a new rep takes a quarter longer than it should.
A four-phase engagement.
Two weeks shadowing reps, managers, and deal desk. We learn how work actually happens before we touch a single field.
Stage definitions, required fields, deal hygiene rules, territory carve-up, quota model, and a comp plan that pays for the behavior you want.
Rebuild the CRM, ship the playbook, wire enablement into the daily flow, and migrate live deals without breaking pipeline.
Weekly deal reviews and manager 1:1s until the new process is muscle memory, not a memo.
What you'll walk away with.
- CRM rebuild & data cleanup
- Stage definitions & exit criteria
- Sales playbook & call frameworks
- Territory & quota model
- Compensation plan & accelerators
- Onboarding & ramp curriculum
- Call coaching & QA cadence
- Manager dashboard & 1:1 template
What "good" looks like.
Common questions.
- Will you train our reps directly?
- We coach managers to coach reps. Direct rep training is part of the engagement when it accelerates adoption, but the goal is a system your managers own.
- Can you redesign comp mid-year?
- We can model it mid-year and stage the rollout for the next plan period. Mid-year comp changes are almost always more expensive than they look, we'll tell you when not to do it.
- What if our CRM is a disaster?
- Good. That's the job. We've migrated and rebuilt enough instances that 'disaster' is just an early-stage description.
- Do you work with channel or partner sales?
- Yes, deal registration, partner tiers, and co-sell motions are part of the SalesOps engagement when channel is a meaningful slice of revenue.
